Are all of your items in stock?
All the items featured on our website are available. Many of our products are tailor-made for you and your Poodle. These items are hand finished in our production facilities so they might not be despatched instantly. Most items are shipped between 1-3 business days on average. We try to deliver your order as quickly as possible as we know how eager you and your Poodles are to receive it.

When will my order be delivered?
Please allow up to 21 days for your order to be delivered. If you have ordered more than one item from us, they may be delivered separately. You can check the status of your order by clicking on the "My Orders" link above.

Your courier will be in contact with you as soon as your order has shipped to advise you of an estimated delivery date.

How much is delivery?
We offer free delivery on many items. Unfortunately, we may have to charge delivery for some items or to certain destinations. We try to keep delivery costs as low as possible. You will be advised of any delivery charges before you pay.
