Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Poodle World. However, we do understand that occasionally you may need to return goods to us.
How do I exchange an item or get a refund?
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us via our Live Chat button, Contact us or drop us an email. We will then ask you to send the item back to us in the United Kingdom within 28 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period. If you choose to return an unwanted item, you will be required to cover the cost of return postage to us. We recommend that you use a traceable postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. In all cases, the item must be returned unworn, resalable and with all included accessories. We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Some types of goods cannot be returned and this will be marked on the item page. In the interests of health and hygiene, pierced jewellery and intimate or sanitary goods are excluded from our exchange and refund policy unless they are faulty.
Custom-Made or Personalised Items
Items that have been personalised or custom-made for you cannot be returned unless faulty. As these items have been made just for you, we are unable to offer a refund or accept a return.
Please check that the item you are ordering is correct. If you have any questions regarding the ordering process, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
My item arrived damaged or is faulty, what can I do?
We're sorry that your delivery has not arrived in poodle perfect condition. Please contact us via the chat link below and we will rectify this for you.
It would be really helpful if you could take a picture of the damaged item to show us.
